Raw Organic Cauliflower Rice
You might have hear about Cauliflower rice a million time but have you tried making it? It's so easy and yummy! Perfect to pair with many veggies and sauces too!
Here's are take on it! You can make it raw or cooked, you decide! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 head organic cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tablespoon organic oil of your choice (better extra virgin olive or coconut oil)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- additional: any seasonings you like, you can also try fresh lime or lemon juice and fresh coriander!
Method:
Raw version:
Simply add chopped cauliflower into a food processor and pulse into tiny, fine cauliflower pieces. This should look like "rice". The pulsing part is very important, pulse for a second a few times, move the cauliflower to the centre if needed. It will take a few minutes if your are not use to this, but it is time well spent :)
Stir in remaining ingredients as you prefer and enjoy!
You can store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
Add ons:
Stir it some finely cut curly kale, cherry tomatoes and some pistachios! You can try out your own combination too! Just add your favourite (organic) veggies :)
