Siu of Sarment for making this delicious vegan dinner possible and organising this unique event, putting together: Chef Mike Boyle of Emporio Antico, who created a full vegan menu🍃; EAt FRESH and a selection of our organic veggies in season🌿; Spanish winery Pares Balta and their biodynamic and vegan wines🍷.
