So happy to have contributed to support Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong Plogging's event, the latest eco-friendly fitness craze from Sweden! From the Swedish "plocka upp" (to 'pick up'), plogging combines jogging and picking up rubbish. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️♻️
