    Hong Kong Raw Honey - Lychee 220g

    Made from Lychee tree flowers, usually in light golden colour, its texture is rich and the aroma is strong, sometimes it’s mixed with honey from flowers in the spring time. You can taste a bit of sourness from the Lychee flowers, as well as a mixed taste from spring flowers.

    “Raw honey” refers to the honey directly obtained from the bee hive, without any additional processing. It is a 100% natural product, containing the most nutrition and health benefit to a human body. 

    Production of “raw honey” takes time. It requires the beekeeper maintaining a good natural habitat around the bee hives, ensuring no pesticides, and planting the right flowers for bees.
