The Cake Minstrel’s Cinnamon - Raisin Bread , is made with sorghum flour, tapioca starch and arrowroot powder.

Using organic coconut oil and coconut sugar, eggs and flaxseeds.

It is suitable for those who are gluten free and/or lactose intolerant.

This bread is great lightly toasted and smeared with your favourite spread, or filled with your favourite sandwich fillings!

Keep the bread frozen to extend its shelf life.

Suggestion: wrap a pair of slices in cling film and store in the freezer.

Take out only what you need. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container. Consume within 5 days if in fridge
