Tea Tree essential oil is a great anti-septic and disinfectant plant extract. Useful to clear spots and blemishes and some fungal infections. Tea Tree supports fantastically the natural healing in minor cuts, scrapes, rashes, sunburn, post-depilatory and shaving irritations, and bites; it has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is well renowned for its anti-fungal qualities, and it is particularly indicated for those who need to keep healthy feet (athletes, swimming pool users...). Tea tree is a must have in every first aid kit but needs to be used in low dosage and always diluted with children. It is safer not to use Tea Tree oil during pregnancy unless under the supervision of a professional Aromatherapist.
