4 buns in 1 pack. (approx.. 100g per burger)
Sold frozen

Ingredients:
Sorghum flour , Garbanzo Flour, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Flaxseed Meal, Rice Bran, Coconut Sugar, Yeast, Xanthan gum, Salt, Eggs, Coconut Oil. Water, Apple cider vinegar.

Each burger bun is gluten free and dairy free.

Keep frozen to extend shelf life.

The Cake Minstrel, Hogn Kong based lab, produces baked goods that are reminiscent of their traditional counterparts, but safe for those who have special dietary needs, particularly those sensitive to gluten and lactose.

It is suitable for those who are gluten free and/or lactose intolerant.
This bread is great lightly toasted and smeared with your favourite spread, or filled with your favourite sandwich fillings!
Keep the bread frozen to extend its shelf life.
Suggestion: wrap a pair of slices in cling film and store in the freezer.
Take out only what you need. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container. Consume within 5 days if in fridge
